Birth Doula Package

Service Description

This includes a free consultation to discuss how I can best support your labor. The Birth Doula Package helps parents receive the most benefit from Doula support. We work together to discover your ideal birth preferences as we meet for (2) Prenatal visits. I am present when you need me during the "on call" period from weeks 38-42 of your birth. That means I am available via call or text for you during this period at any time. I come and walk beside you on your Labor/Birth experience. I stay into the early postpartum period to help assist with ensuring a calm Golden Hour, as well as assisting lactation and bonding. I will schedule (1) Postpartum visit to help parents transition into parenthood and connect them with supportive resources in the community.
